PremiereHost provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of PremiereHost are subject to the following terms of service:
Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to PremiereHost.net' servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE. TO GET YOUR ACCOUNT UNSUSPENDED, YOU MUST CONTACT THE PREMIEREHOST ADMINISTRATION.
PremiereHost reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from Company Name's server. PremiereHost shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
Every package at PremiereHost includes a fixed amount of bandwidth (traffic) allowance. We monitor all accounts and accounts may be blocked after exceeding the set limit. If you feel the need to increase the limit of bandwidth on your account, please consider order a higher plan. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding this matter.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of PremiereHost.net is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be terminated.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.
By the Account Activation Date of each month, PremiereHost.net shall deliver, by e-mail an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to PremiereHost.net by no later than the specified payment due date. PremiereHost.net shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client's failure to make timely payments. You will be provided with an invoice on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your payment plan.
MONEY-BACK AND REFUND POLICY
We do not generally refund cancelled services. However, PremiereHost is able to add credit to your account (to use on our site) if you would like to cancel a particular invoice.
Any account deactivated due to non-payment will require payment of the latest invoice. If you're unable to access it, simply open a request ticket to have your account re-activated.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
PremiereHost.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from PremiereHost.net ' servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, PremiereHost.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of PremiereHost.net ' servers.
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation
PremiereHost.net cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by PremiereHost.net are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by PremiereHost.net are not directly owned or written by PremiereHost.net. Moreover, PremiereHost.net holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as PremiereHost.net sees fit.
By activating your account with PremiereHost.net, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.
NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
SERVER UPTIME GUARANTEE
PremiereHost.net guarantees 99.9% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime.
PremiereHost.net reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial information over the Internet. It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes toward PremiereHost.net, but also because it can overload PremiereHost.net' network and disrupt service to PremiereHost.net' subscribers. When a complaint is received, PremiereHost.net will investigate and shutdown the account .
PremiereHost.net does not allow adult content and will suspend/terminate any offending account.
DEFAMATORY OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE
Using PremiereHost.net's network as a means to transmit or post negative, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language.
DISTRIBUTION OF INTERNET VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, OR OTHER DESTRUCTIVE ACTIVITIES
Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail bombing or denial of service attacks is strictly prohibited. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected network, system, service or equipment will result in an account termination.
